Wulf Treu
German, b 1964
Wulf Treu was born in Postdam, East Germany. He attended East Berlin University of Art, where he studied Fine Arts. Treu escaped from East Germany in the early eighties and moved to West Berlin. He travelled throughout Europe and lived for a time in London and Johannesburg. In 1995, Treu moved to New York City, which proved to further inspire his urban vision as an artist. Currently, Treu lives and works in Miami.
